About

Cranes Mill Landing subdivision is a Architectural Controlled subdivision located on the south side of beautiful Canyon Lake, Texas. A short 25 minute drive from New Braunfels or 35 minutes north of San Antonio.

Our subdivision consist of 70 original platted lots. We have one entrance off of Cranes Mill Road (West end of FM2673), three streets that end in cul-de-sacs. It is a very quiet subdivision in which you can see the stars at night due to minimal light pollution.  The street, Andrew Run, faces towards Canyon Lake and Cranes Mill Marina with a beautiful view of the lake. No public lake access or boat ramps associated with our subdivision.

Canyon Lake Texas was built for flood control and water supply. Additionally, it serves as a popular outdoor recreation area for boaters, parks, and hiking trails. It has eight park areas for people to camp, swim, and picnic. Bank fishing is also available in all these parks.
