Fees

Current Cranes Mill Landing POA Fees are as follows:

 

$50 per lot / per year / per original subdivision plat

$375 Transfer/Title Certificate/Initiation fee for new property owners

 

Note: The $50 lot fee is due by 01JAN each year. After 30 days, the fee becomes delinquent, certified letter will be mailed to member's last known address with an additional $15 mailing fee. After 60 days, 6% interest will be added to all fees, including past years after January 1, 2026.
